FulVis™ 5012 is an olefin based VI improver that is recommended for use in formulating crankcase and industrial oils. By using select polymers, Fulcrum Energy designed this VI modifier to be used specifically in high performance lubricants. FulVis™ 5012 contains a polymer with a shear stability index (SSI) of 50. Its amorphous characteristics result in robust low temperature properties while not sacrificing high temperature protection.
FulVis™ 2512 is a high performance OCP VI improver recom- mended for use in formulating engine oils. By using select poly- mers, Fulcrum Energy has designed FulVis™ 2512 to be used in formulation of engine oils and premium performance lubricants. It contains a polymer with a shear stability index (SSI) of 25. FulVis™ 2512 imparts excellent shear stability and low tempera- ture properties to passenger car engine oils and heavy duty engine oils.
FulVis™ 3512 is a high performance viscosity modifier that uses shear stable, non-dispersant olefin copolymer designed to bolster performance in multi-grade lubricants. Fulcrum Energy uses select polymers that are designed specifically for heavy duty and premium performance lubricants. FulVis™ 3512 contains a polymer with a shear stability index (SSI) of 35. It is shear stable and exhibits excellent low temperature flow characteristics.
